One thing we're proud of
"We stopped using agency for nights eighteen months ago because our own team wanted the hours. It's held."

Stapha's view
Verified based on our interview with leadershipHandover runs on paper and voice — no rushed screens between shifts. The manager, Rachel, was on the residential floor twice during our two-hour visit and knew every resident by first name. Training budget works out at about £480 per head per year, mostly spent on external dementia courses rather than in-house tick-boxes.

Rachel actually listens. Raised a concern about a resident's meds review on a Tuesday, it was booked by Thursday. That doesn't happen everywhere.
Thanks Priya — the med reviews being slow was one of the things you flagged in your last one-to-one, glad it's landed properly now.

Nights are calm and the handover-early change genuinely means I get home before the buses stop. Only downside is the staff kitchen is tiny for the number of us on break.
