Verified — based on our interview with leadershipWork-life balance is the standout — a genuine no-overtime-expected culture, and one of the few homes we've visited that hits its own break-times policy on the actual floor, not just on paper. The trade-off: development is more informal here than at St Aidan's, so if you're chasing NVQs you'll need to push for it.

Manager's door is open, always. If you flag something at 9am it's addressed by lunch.

Respite side of the home is well-run, families feel welcome. Only note — communications between respite and residential could be smoother.

Lovely home to work in but no real career map. I've asked twice about NVQ 3 and got 'we'll look into it' both times. Kind people, but I want more than that.
