Verified — based on our interview with leadershipThe rare place where 'development' isn't a poster. Every carer has two paid CPD hours ring-fenced per week — we saw them being used, not banked. The training lead, Mo, runs a Tuesday clinic on medication management that nurses from neighbouring homes travel in for.

Started as bank, on NVQ 3 within a year. They pay for the course and they pay you for study hours. It's not a gimmick.

The clinical support in the day is excellent but nights can feel lean. One nurse for the whole floor is fine most nights, tight on some. Would love a second on weekends.
